Estimated Delivery
At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing time as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays.Β
We typically dispatch the products within 24 hours, and products are delivered within 4 to 6 business days, but sometimes they may not be shipped and delivered within that timeline.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

NOTE: Due to fluctuating exchange rates, there may be a minor variation in shipping charges by a few cents; this does not apply to U.S. orders.
Lost or Missing Shipment Policy
At Mira & Moss, we take great care in ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your shipment is lost or missing, the following guidelines apply:
- Reporting Missing or Lost Shipments
If you suspect your shipment is lost or missing, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. This is because our logistics partner only allows a 7-day window to investigate and resolve claims for lost shipments.
2. Claims Beyond the 7-Day Window
Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with any claims for lost or missing shipments if the issue is reported after 7 days after the delivery date. Please ensure to check the tracking information and delivery status immediately upon receipt to avoid any issues.
3. How to Report a Lost or Missing Shipment
If your shipment has not arrived or is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us immediately at info@miramoss.com with your order details and tracking number. We will work with our logistics partner to investigate the situation. Our logistics partner will open a case and conduct an investigation. If the shipment is located, they will proceed with delivery. If the shipment is lost, we will provide a resolution - either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
