How to register your product

When you make a purchase from our website, you automatically receive a 6-month warranty - no need to register manually! This means you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re covered. Locate Your Warranty card

To activate your warranty, simply locate the warranty card securely placed in your bag, either inside or in one of the outer pockets. For items without pockets, scan the QR code on the packaging, which will take you directly to the product registration page. The alpha-numeric (MM-XXXXXXX) code you need for registration is included on the Warranty Card & QR code itself.

Fill Out the Form

Enter your details and product information in the form provided.

Upload Proof of Purchase (if available)

Add your purchase receipt or invoice to verify the warranty start date. (Can’t find it? No problem – just check the box and tell us why.)

Click Submit

Once all details are entered, click the Submit button to complete your registration.

Confirmation Email

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your registration is successful.

The Warranty does not cover: General wear and tear. The warranty does not cover: Disregard of care instructions or water damage.The warranty does not cover: Alteration made to the product by a third party.Must register within 30 Days from the date of purchase to avail 6-MONTHS WARRANTY.Please scan the QR CODE for the product registration and avail 6-MONTHS EXTENDED WARRANTY on product.Please preserve the invoice for product warranty claim. Customer purchasing from online needs to produce the Online Partner’s invoice copy to claim the warranty.
