At Mira & Moss, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is checked and packed properly before dispatch. Please read our cancellation, refund, and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Mira & Moss reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already moved into the processing or shipping stage.
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns or offer refunds in case of a manufacturing defect.
A product will be eligible for return, replacement, repair, or refund only if:
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
The return request is raised within the required timeline after delivery.
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging.
All original tags, labels, dust bags, accessories, and packaging materials are intact.
Any seals or protective packaging are unbroken and undamaged.
All returned products will be carefully inspected by our quality team. A refund, repair, or replacement will be processed only after the product is received and approved by our inspection team.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Products without any manufacturing defect
Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products
Products returned without original tags, labels, or packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Products where the individual packaging has been opened or damaged
Personalised or customised products
Final sale products
Products purchased at more than 40% discount
All products purchased at above 40% off will be treated as final sale items and will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Personalised Products
Personalised or customised products are made especially for the customer and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been processed.
This includes bags or products with initials, names, monograms, or any custom detail added as per the customer’s request.
Return Shipping & Packaging
Customers must ensure that the returned product is packed safely and securely to avoid any damage during transit.
We recommend using secure packaging and, where possible, insuring the product for its full value while it is being returned to us.
Mira & Moss will not be responsible for any damage caused during return transit due to improper packaging.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and approved by our inspection team.
If the product does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be rejected or reduced.
Refunds may be reduced or refused in the following cases:
The product has been used or damaged.
The return request was not raised within the required timeline.
The product packaging has been opened, damaged, or is missing.
The product was purchased under a discount due to being old, damaged, or part of a final sale.
The product is returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
If the product has been used, damaged, or does not qualify under this policy, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
Final Decision
Mira & Moss reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation, return, replacement, repair, or refund request based on the condition of the product and the terms mentioned above.
